My story
Personal
I was born and educated in Istanbul. During 1979, my partner, Jerry, and I decided to move to a young society with a new vision. Therefore, we chose to move to Israel.
As a young family with three children and a dog, we grew personally, professionally, and intellectually. We developed an extensive social life and started to be involved in politics and social responsibility.
Besides joining the family business in the plastic industry in recycle and plastic materials. A.M.C. POLYMERS LTD, I received a Ph.D. in political philosophy.
Education
I graduated with a Master's degree (M.D.) in economics from Bosporus University in Istanbul. During my studies, my professor, Max Fry, and I jointly published a book, Money and Prices in Turkey.
Immediately after graduating, I started working in Tercüman (a daily newspaper), as an assistant editor in the economics section. I analyzed the policies of the Turkish central bank. We, then,
moved to Tel Aviv. I worked as an assistant researcher fellow at the Economics department at Tel Aviv University (TAU).
In 2007 I received my Ph.D. in The Philosophy department of Tel Aviv University.
I wrote a thesis in political philosophy, on “Globalisation from a Liberal Point of View”.
Intellectual Enhancement
The communication revolution and the new winds of globalization led me to become an independent scholar in the field of liberalism and global issues.
I actively participate in conferences around the world, in particular, in the fields of social and political philosophy.

Sports interested me ever since I was a child, in particular, tennis and swimming though never seriously.
Running was never on my screen up until I joined a running group during 2007.
Ever since my appetite for running increased to a level that races became a major aspect of my life. I was interviewed for the Israeli Haaretz newspaper and for the Shvoong online magazine for runners and triathletes.
